1. Service Description

Tethyr provides an AI-powered phone assistant service that answers calls on behalf of your business, captures lead information, books appointments, and delivers call transcripts and notifications. The service is accessed through a web-based dashboard and configured via our onboarding flow.

2. Billing & Plans

Tethyr offers three subscription tiers: Starter ($99/month), Business ($249/month), and Enterprise ($499/month). Each plan includes a set number of call minutes per month. Usage exceeding the included minutes is billed at the plan's per-minute overage rate.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle. All prices are in USD. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

3. Free Trial & Money-Back Guarantee

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the service.

All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact support for a full refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tethyr to:

• Make or receive calls for illegal purposes.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud callers.
• Transmit malware or engage in phishing.
• Violate any applicable telemarketing or communication laws (TCPA, etc.).
• Resell the service without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Call Recording & Consent

Tethyr records calls for quality assurance, transcript generation, and your review. You are responsible for complying with applicable call recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. In two-party consent states/countries, you must ensure callers are informed that the call may be recorded. Tethyr can be configured to announce recording at the start of each call.

6. Intellectual Property

Tethyr and its underlying technology, including AI models, branding, and dashboard software, are owned by Tethyr and its licensors. You retain ownership of your business data, call recordings, and customer information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tethyr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The AI assistant is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). Tethyr makes no guarantees about the accuracy of AI responses.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate your account for violation of these terms with notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier removal.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
